Our Guarantee

Angel Wings Holistics is a small Holistic business that aims to provide affordable, high quality Holistic Treatments & Spiritual Services to you. Our main priority is to serve the needs of the local community with quality products and services, and provide value for money.

Every business needs terms and conditions and we strive to keep ours reasonable and fair. We take our responsibilities very seriously.  If you are uncertain about any aspect of these terms and conditions, please do get in touch.

Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a Holistic Therapy treatment, a Workshop, a Course or Psychic Reading with Angel Wings Holistics, you have the right to cancel or reschedule your booking.

You must give us at least 24 hours notice of your intention to cancel or reschedule otherwise the full cost of your booking will still be payable by you.


We set our prices to ensure good value for money and as a small local business we intend to always try to be fair but competitive.

We are not VAT registered, therefore prices do not include any VAT charged by us.

Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are redeemable for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that these cannot be exchanged for cash, nor are we able to offer refunds on these.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are not able to offer refunds or returns on Gift Certificates, magazines, books, oracle cards, audio CDs or any downloadable products.

If an item you have bought from us is faulty, please return it to us, in the original condition and with any packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy & Security of Information

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation other than those directly involved with your booking.  

In order to ensure the highest level of Privacy and Security, we do not retain any credit or debit card information in our files.

We will only add you to our mailing list with your express agreement.

We may email you to advise any updates or developments with your booking or order with us.

We will never give or sell your information to any third parties for promotional or sales purposes.
