Our Guarantee
Angel Wings Holistics is a small Holistic business that aims to provide affordable, high quality Holistic Therapy Treatments, Spiritual Products & Services to you. Our main priority is to serve the needs of the local community with quality products and services, and provide value for money.
Every business needs terms and conditions and we strive to keep ours reasonable and fair. We take our responsibilities very seriously. If you are uncertain about any aspect of these terms and conditions, please do get in touch.
Cancellation Policy
If you have booked a Holistic Therapy treatment, a Workshop, a Course or Psychic Reading with Angel Wings Holistics, you have the right to cancel or reschedule your booking.
You must give us at least 24 hours notice of your intention to cancel before the booking date or reschedule, otherwise the full cost of your booking will still be payable by you.
Pricing
We set our prices to ensure good value for money and as a small business we intend to always try to be fair but competitive.
We are not VAT registered, therefore prices do not include any VAT charged by us.
Please note that prices quoted are in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are redeemable for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that these cannot be exchanged for cash, nor are we able to offer refunds on these.
We may at our discretion extend these beyond the 12 months period, please let us know if you would like us to consider that for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are not able to offer refunds or returns on Psychic Readings, Holistic Therapies, Courses & Workshops, Gift Certificates, magazines, books, oracle cards, audio CDs or any downloadable products.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Privacy & Security of Information
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation other than those directly involved with your booking.
In order to ensure the highest level of Privacy and Security, we do not retain any credit or debit card information in our files.

We will only add you to our mailing list with your express agreement.
We may email you to advise any updates or developments with your booking or order with us.
We will never give or sell your information to any third parties for promotional or sales purposes.

Shipping
Shipping for all physical products is only currently available in the UK only. We cannot ship any items outside of the UK.
Shipping for any physical product is only available for England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland at this time.
You may purchase downloadable products or distance services such as a Psychic Reading via Zoom, from anywhere in the world, but we cannot post physical items outside of the UK.
Shipping of physical products is set at a flat rate of £2.99 per order up to an order value of £39.99 GBP and shipping is free for all orders of £40 GBP or over.
No shipping costs apply to any orders that are purely for services or downloadable products unless specified.
Shipping normally takes no more than 5-7 working days from the date of order and our parcels are normally carried by Royal Mail. If your order is delayed for any reason we will do our best to let you know as swiftly as possible, and if an item is unexpectedly out of stock we will give you the option to cancel and receive a full refund for the out of stock item or the whole order if you prefer.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Payment is welcomed in Bitcoin, Etherium & Monero for all Service items. Unfortunately we are not able to accept all cryptocurrency payments using our checkout system yet, so please get in touch if you need assistance making your purchase. Other coins may also be considered, please ask.
