A Little Gratitude Every Day...

I found this little gem in a local shop today. It's a gratitude journal and something I've been meaning to get myself for a while.

My Gratitude Journal - to help with the Law of Attraction

Bullet journalling seems to be all the rage at the moment, but not all of us have the time or artistic ability to create our own pages, so this seemed the perfect compromise. The pages are already laid out with lovely ideas and prompts to help you express and remember all the wonderful or simple things you have to be grateful for.

"But what is a gratitude journal, Helen!" I hear you ask.

Well it's a very clever little book that will help you to get this things you want! Yep - I really said that!

I'm sure you've heard of the Law of Attraction or seen the movie the Secret which to my joy is currently available on Netflix in the UK, and that's the universal law that this clever little book is helping me to leverage.

One of the most important things with manifesting the future you want using the Law of Attraction is GRATITUDE.

Now that doesn't mean playing small, nor does it imply "you should be grateful for what you have, because you don't deserve any better!" which I think is what many people mistakenly think.

Gratitude is simply about joy and celebration.  Good emotions help you to manifest good and positive things, so you need to work on feeling happy and joyful (and grateful) about everything in your life, no matter how small.

Celebrate everything! And I mean EVERYTHING:

Woohoo, I had a delicious lunch! 

My coat kept me lovely and warm today! 

It's sunny and beautiful outside! YAY!

Because here is the magic key - The more positive, happy and grateful thoughts we have, the more positive and happy things we will have to be grateful for. 

That's how the Law of Attraction works!

Like attracts like.

Gratitude attracts more things to be grateful for. 

Making it a daily practise is very powerful and helps you to manifest the future that you want much faster, so I recommend a practise of gratitude to everyone.
