Meditation is the practise of spending some quiet time with yourself. 

It can take different forms and there are meditation practises that aim to achieve different goals.

We are able to offer you two different types of meditation here at Angel Wings Holistics.

Mindfulness Meditation

This practise comes to us from the Buddhist traditions and brings relaxation and peace of mind.

Helps with stress, depression, anxiety, excessive overthinking.

This is held in various locations in person & online.

Group Meditations & One to One sessions are available.

Meditation for Psychic Development

This is a different kind of meditation with a very different purpose! Here we are aiming to connect with our higher self, guides, angels and the spirit realm. This meditation group is for anybody wishing to discover or expand their psychic or mediumistic abilities.

The Open Group Meditation is held weekly, Thursday at 8pm on Zoom

One on One sessions are also available
