Messages from Spirit can come in the strangest ways...

Well, I've said it before and I'll say it again! Messages from your spirit guides and angels can arrive in the most unusual but also mundane ways imaginable.

I have a really fun example for you today - I've been having headaches around my forehead and third eye chakra for a couple of days now.

I was sitting at my desk and suddenly my iPod started flashing on its docking station - it's not supposed to do that! After it flashed a couple of times it caught my eye and I looked up to see the track "Brow Chakra" showing on the screen.

It would seem to be a very wise and timely reminder to me to do some healing work focussing on that charka right away. The docking station is now refusing to turn on at all, which could due to the spirit energy - it can really disrupt electrical equipment! 

Message received! I'll get on that right away now.

The message today for me, and for everybody is healer, heal thyself! And the Third Eye chakra in particular may need attention.
