As you know, Angel Wings Holistics bowed out of social media at the end of last year, and I'm still really happy with that decision. 

If you're a fan of alternative social media, you can still find us on a few of the fringe sites like Flote, but this website has become the main hub for all your information, updates and news. 

To help you keep abreast of everything going on, I have set up a channel on Telegram that you can follow.

Telegram is very much like WhattsApp but is preferred by those of us who have privacy concerns about the Facebook group of companies. If you're already a WhattsApp user, Telegram will feel very familiar and intuitive.
