Reiki Treatment - Full Session in Your Home
This listing is for a full length Reiki session carried out in person, by me.
I am a Reiki Master with 20 years experience.
How long does it take?
A full Reiki session in person takes approximately 50 minutes but please allow at least an hour.
If it your first session, please allow 1 hour 15 minutes to allow for a short client consultation at the beginning.
You may feel a little sleepy at the end, so I do not recommend that you plan any hectic activity for immediately afterwards!
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of spiritual healing that is very relaxing. You do not need to be ill to benefit from a Reiki session! Everyone can benefit from this wonderful therapy!
What can Reiki help me with?
Reiki is reputed to be excellent for helping with the following ailments:
- Stress
- Anxiety & Depression
- Grief
- Insomnia
- Emotional distress
- Chronic illness/ailments
- Blockages in the energy body
- Chakra balancing
Reiki may also help to speed up the recovery process after illness, injury or surgery.
I will also clear your energy pathways, remove any blockages that can be removed and seal your aura at the end of the session.
The Reiki energies are guided by their own god-consciousness and they will do whatever the recipient needs most at that time, on a soul level.
Everybody's experience of Reiki is unique, but many people report that they feel generally more relaxed, sleep better or perhaps find that they recover faster from injury or illness.
What happens during a session?
You can lie or sit down to receive your session. Lying down is usual but sitting is also OK if that is more comfortable for you.
Reiki sessions are carried out fully clothed, and you will be made comfortable with blankets and pillows.
Reiki is a hands-on therapy, so it's normally administered by a gentle touch. If you do not enjoy physical contact, or if it could cause you pain or discomfort, Reiki can be done hands free - please let me know if you'd prefer a hands-off session!
I will work on your major chakras starting at your head and working down to your feet. You do not need to do anything other than relax. Some people fall asleep and that is absolutely fine!
At the end of the session I will advise you to have a glass of water and perhaps eat something to make sure you are fully grounded.
