The Metamorphic Technique can be really transformative. It gives your body, soul and mind exactly what it needs in that moment in time - each of us is unique so it's impossible to say exactly what the outcome of your session will be!

Many people report feeling more energised, more positive or find themselves able to move past things that were holding them back. 

 

This listing is for a holistic therapy called the Metamorphic Technique, to be carried out in person, in New Milton, Hampshire.

This takes approximately 50 minutes but please allow at least an hour.

If it your first session, please allow 1 hour 15 minutes to allow for a short client consultation at the beginning.

 

The Metamorphic Technique is a gentle, relaxing and non invasive therapy that works on your energy pathways. The technique was based on Reflexology, but without any of the discomfort! 

The therapy is carried out fully clothed, whilst sat on a comfortable chair. We will work on your bare feet first, then your hands and finally your head. 

The Metamorphic Technique is completely safe for anyone, no matter how old, and has no contraindications.

Your Metamorphic Technique session will be carried out in New Milton, Hampshire.
